We did architectural reviews and strategic planning, with code refactoring and testing.
Mentorship
We mentored the client team and gave biweekly delivery updates.
Quality practices
We recommended tracking ESLint and TSLint standards and using spare capacity on Protractor or Cypress test scripts.
The result
- Schedulicity extended the engagement with a follow-on statement of work.
- Twelve client survey responses scored from 7 to 9, and none was a detractor score.
- The migration continued alongside new feature work.
