- ClickFox needed senior software engineers to build the Fox MVP.
- The engineers had to work inside its one-week agile sprints.
What we did
Joined the sprints
Our engineers took part in grooming, planning poker, stand-ups, pull-request reviews, demos and retrospectives.
Tested the code
We wrote unit and component-integration tests for our work.
Gave feedback
Our lead engineer sent written feedback on the team and the product to ClickFox leadership.
Trained the team
We ran training with the team as the engagement wound down.
The result
- ClickFox asked to extend both engineers to the end of July 2017.
