The situation
- CareMetx wanted to develop end-customer portals with modern technology.
- It wanted guidance on development process, tooling and code.
- It wanted to mentor and level up its developers, scrum masters and QA developers.
What we did
Built portal features
We added Standard Portal features, such as a hook to call the EBV List Request endpoint.
Made forms dynamic
We delivered multi-tenancy work that made service request forms dynamic.
Proved card scanning
A proof of concept read an uploaded insurance card through the Acuant API and filled the insurance fields.
Built enrollment
We built an Enrollment Module and demonstrated it to the client in March 2021.
Mentored the team
We mentored internal developers so they could own more of the work.
The result
- Five client NPS responses from July 2021 to February 2022 scored 10, 8, 8, 10 and 10.
- The engagement ran from July 2020 into at least early 2022.
